How do I get a KIOS?

Pretty easily, actually! Get started below, and you can have a kiosk in front of customers in just a week.

Onboarding takes 5 minutes, and an in-store self-installation takes 15 minutes, but we're also happy to answer any questions you may have.

How much does it cost?

For each successful order, KIOS collects 1.5% of the order total. This does not include the payment processing/credit card fee.

Hardware is a one-time cost of $2,000 per kiosk (maximum depending on your preferred setup).

Is there a trial period?

You have a 30 days to decide if you like the kiosk or not. If you aren't satisfied for whatever reason, contact us for a full refund and we'll take it from there.

Can I customize my kiosk?

We will happily help print a "skin" for your kiosk so you're able to stay on-brand in any situation.

Is it compatible with my POS?

KIOS works with or alongside any point of sale system. We have customers running on Square, Toast and Clover, among others.

How does a kiosk work?

A customer places an order on the kiosk, and the order ticket prints out on your existing printer or KDS. KIOS is designed to seamlessly drop into your existing flow, but flexible enough to work the way you want it to.

Reporting, depending on your system, can be automatically rolled into your existing setup.

We also have a mobile app for staff to remotely control the kiosk, so if you need to 86 items or make other changes, it's quick, easy and from the kitchen.

How do I setup a kiosk?

The kiosk works out of the box and there are no moving parts, so it can be assembled in 15 minutes.

There are two major components to our kiosk: a tablet, and the kiosk enclosure. The tablet comes pre-configured- just turn it on and everything automatically loads.

How do I operate and maintain my kiosk?

Our kiosk is designed to be deploy and forget- it takes one second to wake up, and boasts 99.9% uptime.

We do recommend remembering to clean the kiosk daily, just like you would your mobile phone.

What happens if my kiosk breaks?

Your kiosk is covered under manufacturers warranty for a year. Just text us on our support line and we'll get you back up and running in no time.
